Satan's job is to make you overly paranoid about things most likely never going to happen or thoughts no one is even thinking.

You've installed security cameras in everyone's mind, monitoring footage that doesn't exist. Rewinding imaginary conversations. Analyzing facial expressions that meant nothing. Building entire conspiracy theories about glances that were actually just someone remembering they forgot to reply to an email.

I know what they're thinking about me.

You don't. And even if you did, it still wouldn't define you.

Our Lord and Savior already knows we're timid in nature, that we overthink, make more out of something than what it really is. He's not surprised. He's waiting for you to stop surveilling minds and start seeking His. That's where truth lives. Not in their thoughts. In His Word.
