Why Your Job Is to Drive People to Jesus Christ, Not Convince Them to Stay With You

I'm just the vehicle passing by, telling everyone about this man named Jesus and providing tools to help them clear away what's been cluttering their canvas.

You're not the destination. You're the Uber driver delivering them to the One who is.

People need to follow me to find their way.

People need to follow Jesus Christ. You're just the vehicle that dropped them off at His door.

Making room for Him to take center stage, where He'll create a masterpiece of their life in ways they could never imagine. Your job isn't to build a following. It's to drive people to the only One worth following. Jesus Christ is the destination. You're just passing by, pointing the way, clearing the clutter. Then you keep driving. That's the assignment.

Are you driving people to Jesus Christ, or are you trying to make yourself their destination?
